The Moors House - find us in Dartmoor National Park
The Moors House is situated in the northern part of Dartmoor National Park in the character village of South Zeal. A little over 4 miles east of Okehampton and 15 miles west of Exeter.
From the East
From the A30 heading towards Okehampton take the Whiddon Down junction turn off and proceed through and out of the village, at the roundabout continue straight on. Stay on this road until you see a turning on the right signposted South Zeal, beyond this is a lay-by on the left marked by a “P”, turn in and the entrance to The Moors House will be on the left.
From the West
From the A30 take the Okehampton turn-off and follow signs to Belstone and Sticklepath along the Exeter Road. Continue on the road through Sticklepath. Stay on this road and you will pass Wainhomes and Owlsfoot Garage on your right. Continue up a winding road, at the top the road bends to the right at which point you will pass a white house on your right which is situated between two roads. Take the second turning and the entrance for The Moors House is 30 meters up to the right.
